Darlington Okougha’s Finance Management experience spans over two decades of varied multi-national, professional accounting, Business Management and Consulting experience in the Oil and Gas industry covering Upstream, Down- stream, Power, and Oil Services. He obtained his significant Finance and Joint Venture Management experience while working for Texaco Nigeria, Schlumberger Nigeria, AES Nigeria Barge Ltd, BG Group (in Nigeria and the UK). He joined the pioneer Management team of FIRST Exploration and Petroleum Development Company (“FIRST E&P”) in 2012 as General Manager Finance and JV Management, a position he has held till date.

Darlington has attended numerous courses locally and internationally and had work assignments to Angola, England, and Scotland. Darlington is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with Finance specialization from the UNE Graduate School of Business, Armidale, Australia.
